The 45 R.P.M. spindle can be installed quite easily by following the listed. procedures.

1. Place the 45 R.P.M. spindle cushion over the small spindle and drop it dOWn to the turn-

table (See Fig. 2).
2. Completely depress the pressure plate with your index finger and thread the 45 R.P.M.

spindle over the small diameter spindle on the record changer (See Figs. 2 and 3}.

3. It is extremely important that the emblem line up with the center of the strob window as
illustrated in (Figs. 2 and 3). If the emblem is not lined up properly, the 45 RPM. spindle will

not change records.
4. When the 4S R.P.M. spindle is over the small diameter spindle and firmly seated on the

cushion. with the emblem lined up with the center of the strob window as illustrated, the pressure
plate can be released. (See Fig. 3).

5. The 45 RPM. spindle can be removed from the record changer by completely depressing
the pressure plate, lifting and agitating it until it has been removed.

'45 MM. OPERATION

1. Place a stack of 45 RPM. records {up to10) over the 45 RPM. spindle and allow them to
come to rest on the record supports.

2. Place the speed shift lever in 45 R.P.M. position.
3. Place the size selector lever in 7" position.
4. Press the record change button.

5. After the stack of records has been played all that is necessary to remove them is to lift the
entire stack off the changer.
