by grounding yoursell to the ground bus in the unit (heavy gauge black wires connect to this bus.)
IMPORTANT 2 Turn the unit OFF during disassembly and parts replacement. Recheck L work before you apply power to the unit.

Connecting the Plug and Cord

WARNING: THIS APPARATUS MUST BE EARTHED
IMPORTANT. The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

GREEN~AND~YELLOW EARTH
BLUE NEUTRAL
BROWN : LIVE

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead oi this apparatus may not correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals in
your plug proceed as follows:

The wire which is coloured GREEN-andeELLOW must be connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked by the letter E or by the
safety earth symbol @ or colored GREEN or GREENrandrYELLOW.

The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured BLACK.

The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured RED.

- This applies only to products distributed by Yamaha-Kemble Music (U.K.) Ltd. (3 wires)

IWARNING

Components having special characteristics are marked A and must be replaced with parts having specification equal to those
originally installed.
