Beiore operation, set VOLUME to the " position.

indicator will switch off and no sound
will be heard from the speakers.
For SA-GXHO/SAGXSNJ onl
When using speakers with an impedance ol 4 0, press either
button A or button B tor 4 seconds or more to set the im-
pedance on the main unit to LOW.

(Press once again tor 4 seconds or more to turn it oil.)
Note that when this indicator is illuminated. speakers A and B
cannot both be used at the same time.
To change a speaker:
e_.9; To use B speaker press A and the [Z] indicator goes out.
press B to activate the B speaker.

Be sure to reduce the volume level, and switch the power to the
standby condition by pressing POWER.
When tape monitor indicator illuminates or is
flashing
This indicates that the tape monitor iunctlon of this unit is ON.
To listen to sources other than a tape or DOC. be sure to turn oil
the indicator by pressing TAPE/DOC -.
