The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated dangerous voltage within the products enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons. A polarized plug has t wo blades with one wider than the other. A grounding t y p e p lu g ha s t wo b lade s a n d a third g roun ding p rong. The apparatus should be located close enough to the - AC outlet so that you can easily grasp the power cord plug at any time. The apparatus draws nominal non-operating power - f rom the AC ou tlet with its STA ND BY/ O N in the Standby position.
