SERVICING NOTES

Flexible Circuit B ard Repairing

-Keep the temperature of the soldering iron around 270°C
during repairing.

-Do not touch the soldering iron on the same oon-ductor of
the circuit board (within 3 times).

-Be careful not to apply force on the conductor when
soldering or unsoldering.

Notes on Chip Component Replacement

-Never reuse n disconnected chip component

-Notice that the minus side of a tantalum capacitor may
be damaged by heat.

Notes on replacing the speed detection coil (FG901)
FG901 is pressed in chassis.

Replwoe as chassis assy when FG901 is defective.

Decide if FG901 is defective or not by removing lead wires
of FG901 from audio board and measuring DC resistance
value.

DC resistance value of FG901 : Approx. 690.0
