Basic configuration

The $100 comprises one 154mm (6-1/16")
cone woofer and two cone tweeters. 50mm
(MS/16") and 75mm (2-15/16"). respectively,
One tweeter is mounted coaxially with the
woofer. and the other is separate and has
an adjustable reflector to deflect and dis-
perse the sound it generates. A switch is
provided to choose between normal use

The woofer has magnets that offer a high
combined magnetic flux of 11,000 gauss.
An aluminum voice coil is used to improve
efficiency and transient response. The
voice-coil bobbin is made of glass cloth
coated with polyimide to resist high tem-
peratures. The spider uses metha-Iinked"
aramid fiber impregnated with phenol to
improve linearity and expand the travel
range. The surround is made of a sepa-
rate high-polymer material for improved
linearity. And the cone is wet-pressed"
for strength and light weight, It all adds up

The 5-10 speaker system lets you plunge easily
into the exciting world of surround sound.
putting you in the center of a whirlpool ot
exciting sound. Like the 8-100. it has a sound
reflector that lets you adjust the sound to suit
the size and acoustics of your room. Just add
the pair (and a Sansul surround processor) to
your audio/video system. and you're ready to
enter the world of sheer realism.

Compact full-range design

An 11cm (4-3/8") full-range cone speaker unit
covers the 85Hz to 14kHz range to reproduce the
surround sound contained in new video tapes
and discs. Because the 3-10 is compact and
comes with mounting hardware. it can even be
hung from the wall it necessary.

Sound reflector to optimize ambience
The $10 comes with a front-mounted sound
reflection panel that can be tilted and adjusted.
so that sounds will be directed toward the
