We are grateful for your choice of the Sansui QBL-lOO.

HOW TO CONNECT AND OPERATE QBLalOO

1. First, adjust the 4-channel equipment to which you wish to connect the QBL-lOO.
Do three things:

1) Reduce its volume 2) Return all balance 3) Shut off its power
to minimum control to center switch

2. Connect the QBL-lOO.

nel Set TROL on the set, then insert the connection plug

of the QBL-lOO in its place.

3. Turn on the power switch of the 4-channel set to which you have connect the QBL-lOO,
then its volume control up to appropriate sound volume.

4. Play a 4-channel program source through the 4-channel set, and adjust the sound volume
and 4-channel balance remotely by operating the QBL-lOO. (The QBL-lOO works in the
2-channel stereo mode also.) ~

HOW TO DISCONNECT THE QBL-IOO

1. First, turn all the way down the volume control of the 4-channel set to which the QBL-lOO
is connected, then shut off its power switch.

2. Disconnect the connection plug of the QBL-lOO from the rear of the 4-channel set, and
insert the connector plug originally supplied with the set to fill the REMOTE CONTROL

socket.

IMPORTANT: When connecting or disconnecting the QBL-lOO, please be sure to do two things
beforehand with the 4-channel set to which it is connected: (1) Turn its volume control down
to minimum; (2) Shut off its power switch.

Use to balance the sound volumes from
your four speakers for optimum 4-channel
reproduction (or to adjust the left-right
balance if you are only using your front
speakers for stereo reproduction). Sound
volume will increase in whichever direction
you tilt the control stick.

Adjusts the overall sound volume. It will
be the greatest when this control is turned
to the position marked 10, provided
that the volume control of the 4-channel
set to which the QBL-lOO is connected is
turned up to maximum also.
