Vorwort

Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist fiir den Praktiker, also den
Sprachlehrer am Lehrerpult entwickelt worden. Ausgehend
von den typischen Funktionen einer Sprachlehranlage gibt sie
in der bewahrten "Schritt fiir Schritt ~Methode konsequent
alle Handhabungen an, die eine bestimmte Aufgabenstellung
erfordert.

Diese Methode fiihrt auch dann zum Ziel, wenn der Lehrer nur
wenig Erfahrung besitzt. '

Es istsomit auch nicht angezeigt, diese Anleitung im Trocken-
Training durchzulesen; es geniigt vorerst, sich die beiden
ersten Blatter, die das Ein- und Ausschalten erklaren, einzupra-

The operating instructions presented herewith were written
with the practical user - the teacher at the master console - in
mind. Based on the typical function of a language laboratory,
it acquaints the operator with the manipulations required for
coping with a particular situation, by providing him with "step-
by-step" instructions.

This well proven method ensures quick achievement of the de-
sired results, even if the teacher ist technically not very much
experienced.

It is, therefore, not necessary to work throuch this manual by
a "dry-run" rehearsal of all operations ; it will be sufficient to

Die Nummern der einzelnen Schritte werden als Index benutzt,
um auf der rechtsliegenden Abbildung die Bedienungselemente
zu bezeichnen, die in der betreffenden Phase zu betatigen sind.
