FEATURES {IF THE SE-30 OComfortable Fit The smooth ear pads, that softly envelop each ear, and the f lexible head-band, that provides just the right amount of pressure and cushioning effect, combine to achieve a close, leak-proof fit that in itself is comfortable and pleasing. There is no infiltration of external noises, or any leakage of sounds. There is no fatigue even when the headphones are used over sustained periods of time. oSuperb Tonal Ouality And Characteristics Each assembly contains a cone type high fidelity loudspeaker unit designed especially for headphone use. Frequency response covers an extremely wide range, from 20 cycles per second to an ultra-sonic 20,000 cycles per second. Tonal quality is soft and free of any harsh or strident peaks, which eliminates the risk of mental fatigue.- tD0utstanding Bass Response The close f it of the ear pads and the carefully designed casing that contains the loudspeaker units serve to vastly improve bass response, for rich and full-bodied sound at all times. oHandsome Exterior Finish And Design The loudspeaker casings have a soft touch achieved through the use of unique materials, and are finished in a clean, functional white, that forms a striking contrast with the black finish of the headpads and the head-band. Each component can easily be hygienically cleaned by means of cleaning solvents. oGompatible For Any System As long as the stereo system has an outpui impedance rating of 4, 8, or 16 ohms and is equipped with a stereo headphone jack, any stereo system is compatible. The SE-30 has an 8-foot connecting cable, mounting a 3-con- ductor phone plug. SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SE-30 lmpedance Rating (for each channel) g ohms 4 to 16 ohms Matching lmpedances Frequency Response 20to 2O,O0OHz per second Rated Power Handlirrg Capacity (for each channel) 0.5 watts Connecting Cable 8 feet, with 3-conductor phone plug Weight 13.4 oz. OThe above specifications are subject to change without notice, because of improvements. o Adjustable Head-Band The steel head-band, provids a soft spring cushioning effect, can be adjusted freely to the most suitable size for any indr vidual. olf Your Stereo System ls Not Equipped With A Headphone Jack lf your stereo system is not equipped with a headphone jack, the use of a JB 21 Selector Switch-Box (junction box) is recom- mended. All that has to be done is to connect the four cables coming out of the switch box to the output terminals of the stereo amplifier. This will enable three-way operation, that is, headphones only, loudspeakers only, or simultaneous operation of both.
