OUTDOOR ANTENNA GRAUNDING - If a n Outside an-

tenna isconnected to the antenna terminal, be sure
the antenna system is grounded so as to provide
some protection against voltage surges and built
up static charges.
In the USA, section 810 of the National Electrical
Code, ANSI/NFPA No. 704934, provides inlorrna-
tion with respect to proper grounding ot the mast
and supporting structure, grounding of the lea in
wire toan antenna discharge unit, size olgrounding
conductors, location of antenna discha rue u
connection to grounding electrodes, and require-
ments ror the grounding electrode. See Fig. A.

CART - An appliance and cart combination should be
moved with care. Quick stops, excessive fume, and
uneven surfaces may cause the appliance and cart
combination to overturn.
