instructions in this assembly guide for the assembly of the
rack, its handling and the installation of the components.

lIlMOUNTING THE TOP BOARD, SIDE BOARDS,
BOTTOM BOARD AND PARTITION BOARD

® Install the top board mounting screws on the left and right
side boards (2 screws for each board).

(2) Fit the end of each top board mounting screw attached
to the side board into the hole in the top board.

® Secure the top board and the side boards by tightening
the fixing screw with screwdriver held in a direction as
shown in the figure.

(4) Fit the dowels of the partition plate into the holes in the
top and bottom boards.

6) Install the bottom board using 4 cabinet retaining screws.

Q MOUNTING THE GLASS DOOR, SHELF
BOARD AND DISC STAND

(D Loosen the screws on the lower hinge of the glass door,
and detach the hinge. insert the shaft of the hinge into
the hole in the bottom board.

® Hold the glass door at an angle to insert the shaft of the
upper hinge into the hole in the top board.

@Fit the glass door into the lower hinge and tighten the
screws.

@ lnsert 4 shelf board dowels into holes in the side board
(right) and the partition board respectively.

® Mount the shelf board, making sure the grooves at the
rear of the board is placed on the dowels.

© Attach the disc stand onto the top board.

(insert the longer section into the hole)

When mounting the glass door, he sure to remove the
lower hinge first. After replacing the hinge. the screws
of the hinge should be tightened adequately using a
screwdriver.
