To prevent electric shock, do not remove cover. No user serviceable parts inside, refer servic-
ing to qualified service personnel.

Always disconnect all the equipment from the mains supply when disconnecting the signal
leads. The power cord should be connected last, make sure that the power switch is off.
Unplug the set from the wall socket when it is not to be used for an extended period of time.

REAR PANEL FACILITIES

Two pin-plug cords are included as accessories. These
are to be used to connect the sound procasor to your
stereo amplifier. The white plug is for the left channel,
and the red plug is for the right channel.

Connect to spare Ac outlet on

AC Outlet amplifier.

TAPE DECK AND SOUND PROCESSOR
TERMINAL NUMBERS

The numbers beneath the terminals ((4) 6) (9 (D) are to
be attached to the corresponding numbers when con-
necting the CA-X7 sound processer to Pioneers
"PrivatevS Series system components.

AC OUTLET (UNSWITCHED).

The power cord to another stereo component may be
attached here. Never attach any electric appliance
(toaster, dryer, etc.) whose power consumption ex-
ceeds 100 W.

NOTE:

When the CA-X7 sound processor is connected
to the Pioneer system component Private-S
Series" stereo amplifier A-X7, the tape deck
selector on the rear panel of the amplifier must
be set on ADAPTER.
