TWO WAY BOO-SERIES SPEAKER SYSTEM

Standard product information

The F3 652 is a powerfull compact model in
the new SOD-series. It is ideal for bookshelf
applications.

OVERLOAD PROTECTION

The overload protection prevents the
possibility of expensive damage being
caused by overload, without compromising
the musical performance in any way.

The protection circuit has two indicators:
one yellow LED indicating that the speaker is
giving its maximum acoustical output and
one red LED indicating that the protection is
active. When the protection circuit becomes
active the tweeter signal will be reduced
significantly. To reset, it is only necessary
to turn down the volume control to a
comfortable listening level.

CLEAN POWERFULL BASS

The new 7" woofer is capable of a long and

linear movement stroke that ensures a very
clean and deep bass.

In addition the bass reflex acoustical system
extends the low frequency response.

The overall effect is that of a much bigger
speaker

Note:

Like all Philips loudspeakers, the new EDD-series
systems are designed to operate continuously,

without protection, for at least 100 hours at rated {PHD}
continuous power, and at least 10 minutes at maximum
{Fmaxl power. These generous power handling ratings
are a safety factor in themselves.

The overload protection safeguards the EDD-series
systems against any load in excess of them.
