NOTES: 1. Bit 6 of the third Byte 1n the data stream is used as

NEH STEP

3 "Controller Flag". This flag is always zero on data
transmitted by the V8. The flag should be set on data
sent to the VB by a computer controller. This avoid:
conflicts when more than one VB.

"HX" refers te'the MIDI Niscellanenus panel function.

Sent by VB if NEW STEP is called from front panel and MX is on.
