ation selected Motorola's BT601CH
receiver as a video monitor for use
with their Video tape reccrding
equipment. While Ampex is modi-
fying it slightly to accommodate
external video input, a video output,
etc the basic chassis will remain
the same with all Motorola identifi-

chaesis and will designate the unit
a TRSZI receiver/monitor.

The block diagram of the modified
TS-594 chassis and Ampex sub-
chassis shows thatthe videoinform-
ation coupled to the video output and
sync circuits can be selected from
either the TS-594 video amplifier
or the video tape recorder.

The TRBZl-Ol and -02 schematic
shows the circuits that are modified
and the circuits that are added by
Amyex.
