LINE LEVEL CDNNEEITDNS AND CDNTRDLS , Using a line level RCA sohwoolei cahle. connect the Suhwaolei/LEE/Lrw
Pas: output ol your electronics to the sohwoolei via the REA jack inputs on the suhwoolers' rear panel. Refer to Figure 2.

LINE IN - This input is designed as a general purpose input lot the suhwooler. Depending upon the position oi the

"Law Pass Enahla/Disahle" swrtch, this input can either he littered hy the hoiIt-in Low Pass [LP] cmssuver, oi unfiltered for
use as an LEE Inpirt with an external cmssover.

LINE DUT - This sends an unfiltered line level signal out let connection to a second RSW series sohwoolei or Inn connec-
tion hack to your electronics if necessary.

llTW PASS ENABLE/DISABLE , This svumh routes the signal at the "Line In" jack in one of two ways. In the Enahle
position, the input signal is mated through the "Law Pass Crossover" allowing the user to select the upper-Ireqoency ctrtoll
ol the sohwooter In the "Disahle [LEE Model" position, the signal hypassies the ~Low Pass Crossover." This allows the
"Line In" jack to he used as an urililtered LEE input. In this case, the ~Line In" input yeclt should only he connected to the
filtered LEE LII suhwooler channel output ol your digital surround electronics as this input is not lilteied hy the "Low Pass"
control.

LDW PASS lLPI CRDSSDVER - The cmssuver allows the riser to select the opperlrequency tutoll ol the suhwouler. The
frequency is selemhle hunt All-IZIINz. Frequencies ahuve We set level are filtered out, allowtng you hi hlend the
suhwnofei's output into your main speakers.

VIILIIME LEVEL mlltliltl - The "Volume Level Eornml" is mounted on the side at the speaker enclosure and serves as an
overall volume caiitml for the suhwnntac It is used to match the output level at the suh to your main speakers.

PDLARITV U/lllfl - This control is used to acoustically match the suhwoulei's output to your main speakers. lliu want to
select one of the two positions. either the II or tilt], in which your suh has more output at your listening position,

AIJTD DN ENABLE/DISABLE , With the main power switch in the "Dn" position, selecting "Auto Du Enahle" allnvrs the
sub to trim on automatically when it senses an input signal, It will automatically go to standhy mode after le minutes witli
no signal input Selecting Auto Dn Disahle means that the sutiwoofei will always lie on regardless ol the presence or lack
at an input signal. Klipsch powered suhwonlers have an LED that indicates power status at the huiltin amplifier on the hot
torn ol the front panel. The LED is RED when the amplifier is in standhy mode, and EREEN when it is on and receiving

a signal.

PflWER UN/DEE - This switch serves as the main AC power switch for the sohwoolei. N the "DN" position is selected,
the unit will not turn on at all. II the Do position is selected, the suhwnotei will either he ia the always on or arms on
mude, depending upon the position til the "Auto Du Enahle/Disahle" swrtch.
