6.5 2-Way In-Ceiling Loudspeaker

Versatile and easy to install, the RCR-3
delivers sound so detailed and articulate you
wont believe its coming from a ceiling
speaker. Sophisticated design and
exceptional performance make the
Reference Series RCR-3 the logical choice
where quality is as important as stealth.
They work extremely well in high-end
distributed-music systems and as surround
speakers in home-theater setups - any
application where you need loudspeakers to
be heard but not seen.

A 6.5-inch Cerametallic aluminum-cone
woofer with a cast-polymer frame and a
magnet structure far more robust than usual
for such a speaker, give the RCR-3 a solid
bass foundation that belies its size. The
coaxially mounted titanium-dome tweeter is
mated to a Klipsch Tractrix Horn that can be
rotated to focus the sound where you need
it, which is a great advantage when the
speaker must be mounted in a less-than-
ideal location. Tweeter and midbass level
controls give an added measure of control in
tailoring the speakers output to the
acoustics of its environment.

The RCR-3s white frame and grille can be
painted to blend into the ceiling. And it
accommodates standard infrared receivers
for remote-control operation. Premium
components and superior construction
ensure long, trouble-free service.
