Offeringvery high efficiency and power handling capability together with extended low frequency response, a pair of RB35s can deliver roomfilling sound on their own in a traditional twospeaker stereo music systemor anchor an impressive surroundsound setup. RB35s can also be used as surroundback speakers in 6.1 and 7.1channel systems,or main surrounds for those who preferdirectradiating speakers in that role. Matchedcosmetically and sonically to other Klipsch Reference Series loudspeakers, RB35s blendperfectly into whatever system configurationbest suits your needs. A typical example would be a home theater system with RB35s at the front left and right, an RC35 center speaker, RS35s for the main surrounds and an RW12subwoofer. The RB35s tweeter is a 1inch titanium dome compression driver loaded by a 6inch square 90° x 60° Tractrix ®Horn molded into the front of the enclosure. The horn raises the driversefficiency and controls its radiation pattern tominimize detailblurring reflections from walls, floor, and ceiling. An 8inch Cerametallic™cone woofer with a rigid, low resonance castpolymer frame delivers rich, clean, pulsepounding bass. All drivers aremagnetically shielded to prevent interference with directview television sets. Premium crossover components ensure optimum signal transfer. The RB35 is frontported for maximum installation flexibility, and its backpanel has a keyhole for surface wallmounting.Amplifier connections are via two pairs of binding posts, which are strapped together for normal wiring. Removing the straps allows the speaker to be biwired. Magnetic posts hold the RB35s lowdiffraction grille securely inplace.
