Familiarity with installation and operation procedures
will help you obtain the best perlormance from your new
compact disc auto changer.

For your records

Record the serial number, found on the back of the unit] in
the spaces designated on the warranty card. and in the space
provided below. Refer to the model and serial numbers
whenever you call upon your KENWOOD dealer for
information or service on the product.

Loading compact discs / Chargcment des disques /

Load the disc with Its label surface facing
upwards.

Onl one CD can be inserted in a slott Up to
m Ds can be loaded in a magazine.

Disc numbers are indicated as t, 2, 3, from
the bottom with the magazrne "disc" mark
facing upwards.

B-cm discs cannot be used. if an 8-crn disc
adapter is used, the disc cannot be elected.

Open the CD changer door.

Insert the magazine into :he CD changer until
it clicks.

Close the CD changer door.

Use the CD changer witl- its door closed to
prevent the entry of dust into the changer.

5 Magazine ejection
Open the CD changer door, and press the
'EJECT button.

Be 5 e to open the door completely before
pressrng the EJECT button. If the door is not
completely open. the magazine may hit the
door and cause damage of malfunction.

6 Disc ejection
Push the disc.
NOTE

If you push the disc too hard. it will fly out.

Ne mettre quun seul CD dens cheque fente.
Un chargeur peut contenir 10 disques au
maximum. >

La numérotatlon des dlsques commence par
le has disque 1,2,3 etc. (avec l'incription

"disc" du char-eur tournee vers le haut)
AATI'ENTION

L'apparerl n'accepte pas les d.sques de acm.
Si on utilise un adaptateur pour disque de
8cm, l'éjection du disque devient impossrble.

Ouvrir le volet du changeur da CD.

lntrodurre le chargeur dans Ie changeur de CD
lusqua encliquetement,

Refermer le volet du changeur de CD.

Le changeur de CD doit s'utiliser avec le vlet
ferme pour évrter que la poussiere ne penetre
a linteneur de lappareil.

5 Ejection du chargeur
Ouvnr le volet du changeur deCD et appuyer
sur le bouton "EJECTF".

REMARO E

Verifier que le volet est ouvert en grand event
dappuver sur le bouton EJECT. Si a valet
n'est pas oomplétement ouvert, le chargeur
rsrque de buter contra, ce qui pourrait
entrainer un mauvais fonctionnement.

6Ejection des disques
Pousser le disque.

Ne pas pousser trop fort pour ne pas nsquer
de faire tomber le disque.
