DISASSEMBLY FOR REPAIR
A. 1 Pull volume knob and tone control knobs frontward
i@ l.
2, Remove 2 flat head screws l®) at the top side and
3 flat head screws (® ) at the bottom side of the
front panel and pull the front panel frontward
(@l.
B. 3. Pull 3 knobs (MODE, LOUDNESS and SUBSONIC)
outl ® )_ To remove the TONE CONTROL pc board skip
4. Remove 2 screws ( (6) ) retaining the POWER LED to 9-
escutcheon and remove the POWER LED 85- D 7- Remove 4 screws ( © ) retaining INPUT phono
cutcheont jack, 2 screws retaining INPUT SELECTOR pg
Note: Only than 2 screws ((63) Ire longer than the othnr Br-tap board (X111870B/6) and the screw ( ® ) on the
mew; left side of the rear panel. .
8. Pull the rear panel gentlv ( ® ) and pull the
E0 AMP pc board lX1l-1870-C/6) and INPUT
SELECTOR pc board (X11-1870-B/6) up together
in thedirection of thearrow( @ & (3) l.
Don't touch the heat sink as heat sink
has power supply voltage
Nate: When pulling out the E0 AMP pr: board, be careful of GND
leadt
C 5. Remove 5 screws l @ ) from the sub panel to make
the sub panel free from the chassis
6. Tilt the sub panel frontward in the direction of the
arrow ( ® ) to let the EXTENTION shaft to be
free. _
Note: The tharrnocornpensation transistor 09 and 010 on
POWER AMP pc hoard (X07-2020-A/4) is located on tho .
top of the heat sink. When replacing, ho caratul so that the
transistor loads do not touch to the transistor mounting
hlrdwnro and be sure to cover the leads by vinyl cour
"(A-311M] KA-51). .
