Das HOHNER-Electra-Piano
ist ein mechanisch-elektroni-
sches Musikinstrument, das
sich in seiner aufieren Form
nur wenig von den traditionel-
ien Pianos unterscheidet und
ebenfalls eine Hammermecha<
nik hat. die mit der Tastatur
zusammenwirkt. Die Beson-
derheit des HOHNEFI-Electra-
Piano liegt aber darin, daB mit
einer speziellen Hammerme-
chanik Zungen angeschlagen
werden. die in neuartigerWei-
se mit induktwen Tonabneh-
mern zu Generator-Einheiten
vereinigt sind, die elektrische
Schwingungen liefern. Diese
elektrischen Schwingungen
werden iiber einen in Tran-
sistortechnik aufgebauten
Verstarker mehreren im Pia-
no-Gehéuse eingebauten
Lautsprechern zugeleitet.

Das HOHNER-ElectraPiano
ist nur an Wechselstromnetze
von 110 ~ 240 V Spannung an-
zuschlieBen - prufen Sie des-
halb im Zweifelsfall, ob ein
solches Netz vorhanden ist
(Stromzéhlerengabe). Vorn
Werk aus ist das HOHNER-
ElectrarPiano auf die in lhrem
Land allgernein iibliche Netz-
spannung eingestellt. Bei ab-
weichender Netzspannung
konnen Sie jedoch mit einem
Schraubenzieher am Span-
nungswahler (2, Abb. 4) die
vorhandene 110. 130, 220 oder
240 V Spannung einstellen.
Die 0,63 A Sicherung ist durch
Drehen der inneren Markier»
ung zum Ausschnitt des Span-
nungswahlers auswechselbar.
Eine Ersatzsicherung liegt im
Zubehorbeutel. Das 3eadrige
Netzkabel hat for den Betrieb
des Instruments in der Deut-
schen Bundesrepublik und in
der Schweiz einen Schuko-
stecker. sonst einen Normal-
oder Sonderstecker.

Transportsicherung

Zur Transportslcherung sind
die Tongabeln mit einer Hal-
terung festgelegt. Bitte die An-
weisung auf der lnnenseite
des Deckels beachten. Vor in-
betriebnahme: Vorrichtung zur
Arretierung herausnehmen
(rot gekennzeichnete Schrau-
ben losen)! Das lnnere des
Instruments ist zuganglich,

Outwardly similar to a con-
ventional Piano, the Hohner
Electra Piano is an electro-
mechanical musical instrument
incorporating a highly sophi-
sticated form of piano action
operated by the keyboard.
However, the really distinctive
feature of the Hohner Electra
Piano is the use offorks which
are struck by a special ham»
mer mechanism. These forks
transmit electronically con-
verted vibrations through a
built-in fully transistorised
amplifier with four loudspe-
akers and an output of appro-
ximately 20 watts.

The instrument should be con-
nected to alternating current
mains only 110- 240 Volts.
If in doubt, check on the spot.
Every Hohner Electra Piano
leaves the factory set to the
usual voltage used in the
country consigned to but if
this should differ from local
voltage, you can easily reset
the voltage selector (2, Fig. 4)
with a screwdriver to 110. 130,
220 or 240 V. The 0.63 A fuse
can be changed by turning
the inner indicator to the cut
on the voltage selector. A
spare fuse is in the accesso-
ries bag.

Do not remove the back panel
unless the instrument is dis-
connected from the main.

Transport Safety Device.

For protection during trans-
portation the tone forks are
secured with a holder. Please
read the instructions on the
inside of the fall. Before plug-
ging in: Extract the security
device (unscrew the red mar-
ked screws). Acces to the in-
side of the instrument is pos-
sible by lifting the keyboard

Toutefois I'ELECTRA PIANO
possede une particularite: les
marteaux frappent des Iames
en contact avec les electrodes
de generateurs fournissant
les oscillations electriques
nécessaires.

Ces oscillations sont trans-
mises a plusieurs haut-par-
leurs incorpores. par un am-
plificateur a transistors.
L'ELECTRA PIANO HOHNER
ne peut étre branche' que sur
courant alternatif de 110 a
240 volts.

ll est conseillé déxamlner
d'abord Ia nature du courant
de votre secteur. Au depart
de I'usine, i'ELECTRA PIANO,
est branché sur 220 volts.

A l'aide d'un tourne-vis, vous
pouvez regler le changeur de
voltage sur le courant desire
(110, i30, 220, cu 240 volts).
Faire pivoter Ie changeur, le
repaire intérieur vers Ie sec-
teur de'coupé. Le fusible de
0.63 A peut étre remplace fa-
cilement.

Un fusible de rechange est
joint au sachet des accessoi-
YES.

Avant d'enlever la paroi arrie-
re, retirer Ia fiche du secteurl

es un instrumento musical me<
cénico-electrénico, que en su
aspecto ee distingue muy
poco del piano tradicionai y
tiene como este ultimo un me-
canismo de martillos acciona-
do por el teciado. La particu-
laridad del HOHNER-ELEC-
TEA-PIANO consiste en que
este mecanismo especial de
martillos actua sobre lengiie-
tas, que junto con capsules
de induccion forman unidades
de generadores que producen
vibrationes electricas. Estas
vibraciones electricas se Ile-
van por medio de un amplifi-
cador transistorizado a varios
altavoces montados dentro
del mueble del piano.

El HOHNER-ELECTRA-PIANO
unicamente se puede conec-
tar con redes de corriente al-
ternade 110 - 240 V. Conviene
por lo tanto verificar si la red
disponible es de esta clase.
La fabrics entrega el instru-
mento ajustado a la corriente
que es usual en su pais. Sin
embargo, si hay una diferen-
cia en la tension, se puede
ajustar la tension con un tor-
nillo y en el selector de ten-
siones (2, grab, 4) a 110. 130,
220 o 240 V. El fusxble de
0,64 A puede ser cambiado
por otro nuevo haciendo gi-
rar la sefiai interior hacia la
muesca en el selector de ten-
sion. Un fumble de recambio
se encuentra- en la bolsa de
accesorios. El cable de red
de tres terminales tiene una
clavija normal 0 especialt
