Refining the tray mechanism.
- insert the disc carrier into the guideand set it to position close".
- Fl! the gearwheel F.
- Mountthe switch bracket E.
The Ien boss ot the bracket should be placed between the 2 switches. _
- Ensure that the aperture in gearwheel F Is vertical Ft the cog wheel 0 as
hm In the figure.

- Zahnred G und Achse K einbauen und mit Klemmsoheibe slohern

- Hebebagel N einseuen (Die Gabel aut der rechten Selte des Hebebli-
gels muss dle FDhrungsschiene des Einschubs umschlleBen )

- Motor mlt Riemenscheibe A einbauen and Antriebsriemen auliegen

- HalterJ dee Niederhalters und Drucldeder montieren

- Nsch dent Elnbau dle Funktion dss Lademechanismus durch Links- und
Reohndrehen der Riemenscheibe B liberprtifen

Turn the con wheel C counterclockwise to Its extreme position and ensure
that the boss at the switch bracket E engages with the guide at the rear of
the cog wheel.

Turn the cog wheel counterclockwise and clockwise and check if both
switches switch on alternately

Turn the cog wheel counterclockwise so that the upper switch is operated.
Now it thepulley B and secure it by means of the clamping ring

Mount the gearwheel G and apply shalt K and the clamping ring.

Fit the lifting bracket N. (Ensure that the lork on the right oi the lifting
bradtetendoses the guide of the tray).

Mount the motor with pulleyA and put on the belt.

Fit the holddown holder and the compression spring.

After the tray mechanism is completely reinstalled check It ltworlts correctty
by turning pulley B counterclockwise end clockwise.

Diese Platte ist nur in elnigen CD 8200
als IIP - Ersatz vorhanden

This circuit board exists only in a few
CD 8200 players as a IIP substitute
