I The Iollowing clearances are minimum requirements
(a) For automatic turntables - allow in (114,5mm) above the top at the
mounting board tor a stack oi six records It space above the unit is
restricted. an extra 2§in (63 5mm) will be needed to remove the auto-
matic record spindle.
For single record playing automatic turntables - allow aiin (89mm)
above the top oi the mounting board ior the tonearm,

(b) For all models - allow 2iiln (74.5mm) below the top oi the mounting
board tor the mechanism, The top oi the board is chosen as a reference
point since It is not attested by the thickness ol the board or whether
the unit is floating on its springs or held down ior transit
For all models - allow an (6.5mm) all round the outsme ol the unit to
allow it to iloai Ireely on the mounting springs.

(a) For all models- ri the mounting board IS more than Iin (125mm) thick,
enlarge transit screw holes E and F from underneath to a diameter at
at least 1.1m (aunmJ and to a depth sultacient to reduce the ellectrve
