This companion to the highly successful
FISHER Universal MPX-lOO is intended for
those who want a unit for concealed installa-
tion. It has the basic electronic features of the
MPX-lOO and is identical in quality to it-free-
dom from distortion, unusually high channel-
separation and a high signal-to-noise ratio.

The FISHER MPX-ZOO is self-powered, com-
pact, and designed for easy connection. It can
be placed up to three feet from the tuner or
receiver. Thus the present front appearance
and arrangement of your high fidelity system
can remain exactly as it is now.

The MPX-200 is fitted with two controls to as
sure identical output levels from both channels.
These controls also serve the purpose of match-
ing the output level of the adaptor to the level
of other program sources such as phono, tape,
etc., played through the amplifier. A selector
switch on the MPX-200 makes it possible to
record stereo programs monophonically. A spe-
cial control has been provided for matching the
MPX-ZOO exactly to the tuner or receiver with
which it is used, thus assuring maximum stereo
separation. This control needs to be set only
at the time of original installation.

The internal circuitry of the MPX-ZOO contains
a highly efficient 15 kc steep roll-off, low-pass
filter for suppression of the 38 kc sub-carrier
and side-bands. This fine FISHER instrument
reflects the traditionally high standards of en-
gineering, workmanship and components found
in all FISHER products.
