GENERAL

The EICO HF-H is a M watt high fidelity buic power
amplifier employing two ELB4 output tubes in push-pull
and a high quality output transformer. The high power
sensitivity of these remarkdaly fine tubes eliminates the
necessity for additional driver stages, permitting the use
of a large unountofinveue feedbackwlth a high stability
margin. The lower operating voltages required and the
use of £281 rectifier tube having a warm-up characteris-
tic exactlymatched tothe output tubes, result in a power
supply of exceptional reliabilityas wellas extended out-
put tube life. Filter electrolytic: and the rectifier oper-
ate well below maximum ratings and voltage surges at
starting are eliminated.

The HF-l4can be operated from any preanpllfler control
unit. A power take-0F? socket is provided for powering
the EICO HF-65A or HF-oiA preanplifier control. Other
features include a panel mount fuse holder, switched md
unswitched convenience outlets, and heavy gauge ced-
nIiurn plated steel chassis finished in bdoed enamel.
