Es ist klar: Sie haben ein Markengerét
gekauft und méchten es nun so schnell
wie méglich ausprobieren. Wir haben darum
die Bedienungsanleitung so geschrieben,
daB Sie lhr Gerét in kUrzester Zeit spiel-
bereit machen kénnen und die notwendigen
Bedienungshandgriffe im Nu verstehen und
beherrschen.

Aber lesen Sie bitte die Bedienungs-
anleitung grUndlich durch, bevor Sie den
ersten Handgriff machen.

Sollte der Dual 1010 A bereits in lhrem
Musikschrank eingebaut sein, interessieren
Sie die Einbau-Anweisungen auf Seite 6
natUrlich nicht. Aber vielleicht lesen Sie
diesen Teil doch? Denn selbst beim Einbau
macht der Dual 1010 A seinen technischen
Fortschritt deutlich.

Automatic changing

instead of the short spindle. insert the
changer spindle AW 2 in the center of the
turntable and lock it With a clockwise turn.
You can now place up to 10 records of
identical size and groove type on the spindle.

After setting the record size. start the unit
by moving the operating switch to " Start".

For 17 cm records with large hole, Dual
supplies the special AS 9 spindle as
optional accessory. Like the changer spindle.
it is inserted in the center of the turntable
and locked by turning it clockwise.

Interrupt; move operating switch to "Stop",
or return tonearm by hand to the support
post.

Interrupt and play next record; move
operating switch to "Start".

Anytime the unit shuts off. regardless of
operating method. the idler wheel. which
actuates the turntable drive. automatically
disengages from the edge of the platter and
from the motor pulley. This avoids flat spots
on the idler wheel.

Changement automatique
des disques

Utilisez l'axe changeur a la place de l'axe
court (Axe changeur AW 2). Verrouillez l'axe
par une rotation vers la droite. Vous pouvez
a present placer Sur l'axe iusqu'a 10 disques
de méme diametre et de méme vatesse.

Apres avoir reglé le diamétre du disque.
mettez l'appareil en marche en poussant la
touche de commande en position start".

Pour les disques 45 tours a gros trou. nous
livrons en supplement l'axe changeur AS 9.
Sa mise en place est identique a celle de
l'axe changeur AW 2 avec verrouillage par
rotation vers la droite.

interruption: Pousser la touche de commande
en position "stop ou sculever simplement
le bras et le ramener sur son support.

Interruption et choix du disque suivant:
Amenez la touche de commande en posmon
"start.

A chaque arrét final, quelle que son la
ionction de l'appareil, la roue intermediaire
d'entrainement s'ecarte de la poulie
d'entrainement et du plateau. évitant ainsi
des méplats sur le bandage souple de la
roue d'entrainement.

Cambio automatico de los discos

Coloque el eje largo de cambio en el plato
y enclavelo girando hacia la derecha. Ahora
puede colocar hasta 10 discos de igual
tamano y velocidad.

Una vez ajustado el tamario de los discos.
ponga en marcha el aparato empujando la
tecla de mando hasta Start".

Para discos de 17 cm. con agujero central
grande suministramos. como accesorio
especial, el dispositivo de Ianzamiento AS 9.
Se coloca igual que el eje largo de cambio
y se enclava girandolo hacia la derecha.

Paro: corra la tecla de mando hasta Stop"
0 levante el brazo y coloquelo sobre su
soporte.

lnterrupcion y paso al préximo disco: empuje
Ia tecla de mando a Start.

Después de cada paro. y con independencia
del tipo de funcionamiento elegido, se
desembraga automaticamente la polea de
arrastre que actua entre el plato y la polea
de accionamiento. De este modo se evitan
deformaciones permanentes en la polea de
arrastre.
