BATTERY PLUG INSTRUCTIONS
APPLICATION
When Pocket Record! is unplugged from a MIDI line, it
retains its memory for 4 hours without power or batteries.
Anatek's BATTERY PLUG provides memory back-up for more than
a year. A 3-Volt lithium battery is included for your
convenience.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unscrew the cap of the BATTERY PLUG in a counter-
clockwise direction.
2. Place battery face down with the positive (+) side up.
3. Place rubber spacer on top of battery.
4. Replace the cap of the BATTERY PLUG by turning it in a
clock-wise direction. Do not over-tighten. Never insert
or replace the battery while the BATTERY PLUG is
inserted into Pocket Record. This can cause undue
stress on the plug or unit, and damage may result.
5. By placing the BATTERY PLUG into Pocket Record's'"
OUTPUT, the sequence data will be retained for more than
a year.
NOTE: If the BATTERY PLUG is removed from Pocket
Recordr, its memory will be retained for approximately
2 HOURS. If Pocket Record is removed from a MIDI
line, the memory is retained for 4 HOURS without power
or batteries.
BATTERY LIFE: In normal applications, the battery should
provide well over a year of service; however, to ensure data
integrity, it is recommended that the battery be replaced
ONCE A YEAR. Replace battery with type CR2032 or
equivalent.
