Purpose:
Some units may fail to work when the power tube socket(s) solder joints fracture due to
mechanical stress
Recommended Actions:
1. Contact your local Factory Authorized Service Center for service on these units.

2. To have your unit updated and returned to you, please contact the SLM Electronics Factory
Service Center at 1-800-738-7563.
Corrective Action:
NOTE: Use standard anti-static precautions when working with the PCB.
Unplug the unit.
Disassemble the unit and remove the power tubc PCB (SLME #07-419-41).
Inspect all solder joints on the tube sockets. Minimally rcsolder the power tube socket joints.

Reinstall the power tube PCB and reassemble the entire unit.
