Notes on DTS audio playback To enjoy DTS Digital Surround of DVD or CD, connect external 5.1 channel DTS Digital Surround Decoder to the DIGITAL OUT jack of this system (BMZ-K7D:Euro/UK, Russian models, BMZ- K5D:all models only). When you playback the CD recorded in DTS format, excessive noise may be heard from the speakers. Set the volume to minimum and be careful not to damage your speaker system. AC power cord must be changed only at the qualified service shop. The unit is not disconnected from the AC power source (mains) as long as it is connected to the wall outlet, even if the unit itself has been turned off. WARNING Do not install the appliance in a confined space, such as a bookcase or built-in cabinet.
